1. Membership Terms

By becoming a member of ALTIROSYNC, you agree to:

• Follow all gym rules and regulations
• Use equipment properly and safely
• Respect other members and staff
• Maintain current payment information

2. Safety and Liability

Members acknowledge that exercise carries inherent risks. ALTIROSYNC is not liable for:

• Personal injuries during workouts
• Lost or stolen personal property
• Pre-existing medical conditions

3. Membership Cancellation

Members must provide 30-day written notice for cancellation. Early termination fees may apply.

4. Facility Access

Members agree to:

• Use their assigned key card only
• Not share access with non-members
• Report lost cards immediately
